ABC Trout in Capers Sauce [120g]

Trout is a medium-sized freshwater fish, inhabiting cold waters, mainly in Northern Portugal. Our trout comes from the Rio Coura, in the north of Portugal. Trout is a well-known fish on the Portuguese menu.

The caper is an ingredient with a unique flavor and those who like it know how to recognize it in any dish, we believe that the caper deserves its place in stardom and that it should be enjoyed with mild fish, in order to highlight its flavors even more.

The ideal amount is placed by hand at the bottom of the can, before the fish is placed, so that when the can is turned over at the moment of consumption, the sauce bathes the fish in its entirety. After placing the sauce in the bottom of the can, the trout is canned and then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
